After entering the Jazz-sphere with the classic Köln-concert CD years ago, I was lucky to wake up one day in front of my TV, while E.S.T was playing. But as Esbjörn Svensson is no longer with us, there will be no new albums by E.S.T. .
With no one at hand, who know your taste of music and the world of jazz music, at the same time, its hard to find some stuff you like, just by entering a CD-store and listen to some CD’s .
Fortunately, a friend of mine gave me a CD of Możdżer, Danielsson, Fresco… AMAZING…
For those who like E.S.T and who are looking for some new stuff,… take a look at the album ‘The TIME’…
btw…. what’s going on in schweden? Not olny a country of great rock-and metal-bands ( e.g freak kitchen, pain of salvation…), they’ve got some kick-ass double bass players…
